What You'll Do:
* Manage a portfolio well maintained portfolio of under 160 properties
* Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections
* Handle rental arrears, lease renewals, and rent reviews
* Coordinate repairs and maintenance
About You:
* Proven property management experience
* COR or Real Estate License
* Strong client focus and team player
