The register may be used to fill policy and program officer, corporate, and administration roles.
Duration of employment can range from several weeks up to 12 months.
To be eligible for opportunities, applicants must have Australian citizenship.
Salary and conditions of engagement are detailed in the IP Australia Enterprise Agreement.The filling of this vacancy is an affirmative measure under section 26 of the Australian Public Service Commissioner's Directions 2022.
The vacancy is open only to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
If selected, the successful candidate must provide appropriate confirmation of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander heritage.
All applicants offered employment will be required to undergo pre-engagement screening in accordance with the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework.
A security clearance may be required and must be maintained as directed.
