About The Role

kEY rESPONSIBILITIES
* Prepare, bake, and finish a range of breads, pastries, and baked goods
* Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all products
* Follow production schedules and assist with planning daily output
* Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are upheld
* Assist with stock control, ingredient preparation, and ordering as required
* Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily demands
* Contribute to new product ideas and continuous improvement
sKILLS AND eXPERIENCE
* Experience working in a commercial or retail bakery environment
* Strong understanding of baking techniques, dough handling, and production processes
* Ability to work overnight shifts and flexible hours, including weekends if required
* Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
