We are looking for an experienced and skilled Automotive Parts Specialist to join our team.
About the Job:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by matching customers with the correct parts.
* They will handle inbound calls and process mechanical trade orders efficiently, working closely with store teams to achieve results and uphold high service standards.
* The role involves assisting with stock handling, including accurate picking and putting away, as well as covering team members on leave across multiple locations.
Key Requirements:
* Knowledgeable in vehicle parts with a genuine interest in the automotive industry.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively across multiple locations.
* Positive, professional, and well-presented, with a valid driver's license (manual preferred).
