Professional Tree Surgeons – Osborne Park WA
Liveable Group Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Scheduler / Administration Officer to support our businesses Commercial Pest and Professional Tree Surgeons.
This is a fast-paced, varied role where you will be the first point of contact for our customers while playing a key role in coordinating daily operations.
A large part of your role will involve answering incoming calls and scheduling jobs, as well as supporting administrative processes including invoicing and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
* Minimum 6 months of customer service experience is required
* Schedule and coordinate jobs across multiple field teams
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential for scheduling and administration tasks
* Liaise with clients to confirm bookings, timing, and service requirements
* Manage and adjust daily job schedules to maximise efficiency
* Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously whilst coordinating teams and tasks
* Assist with invoicing and job administration
* Liaise with both local and offshore administrative support teams
* Maintain accurate customer records and job notes
* Provide general administrative support to the operations and management team
* Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
* Minimum 1-2 years of administration experience is required
