The Opportunity This is an opportunity for a proactive and driven Internal Sales Representative. You will be responsible for driving engagement with small to medium security integrators across Sydney, building customer relationships, and creating opportunities. You'll play a key role in bringing integrators into the branch, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting them with project solutions. Key Responsibilities Proactively engage with unmanaged security integrator accounts to drive sales growth Build strong relationships and re-engage customers Coordinate and host in-branch product demonstrations and engagement sessions Provide technical product support across CCTV, access control, and intrusion solutions Identify and convert opportunities through upselling and cross-selling Maintain strong follow-up and pipeline management with a sense of urgency Work closely with internal teams and vendors/suppliers to deliver the best outcomes for customers About You Experience in internal sales, customer service, or account management from Electronic Security, ICT, Electrical / Electronics or related field is preferred Background or exposure to electronic security products (CCTV / access control) is highly desirable A proactive, self-starting approach with the confidence to drive outbound engagement Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly Technically minded and comfortable learning and supporting security products Brings energy, urgency, and a positive, can-do attitude Career-minded and aspirational, looking to grow within the business Why Join?
