About the Role
We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Dayforce Talent Implementation Consultants who can lead Human Capital Management (HCM) system implementations from initiation through to post-go-live.
You'll work alongside HCM consultants from across the country as well as client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption of cloud-based HCM platforms.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Dayforce Talent within HCM implementation projects
* Engage and communicate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and third parties
* Apply best practice project management methodologies (could also be Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid)
* Coordinate across technical and functional teams to deliver integrated outcomes
* Champion change and adoption activities to ensure successful business transition
* Support members of the team with scheduling, dependencies, and milestone planning
* Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and sharing knowledge internally
About you
We're open to hearing from experienced Dayforce Talent Consultants from around the country looking for flexible work arrangements. Particularly if you have the following skills/experience:
* 2-4 years of proven experience delivering Talent solutions or similar
* Demonstrated ability to manage multi-phase, cross-functional projects
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
* Excellent organisational and time management capabilities
* Experience with Dayforce Implementation Methodology is crucial
* Experience in professional services or consulting will be highly regarded
