The Opportunity
As an Executive Assistant you will be responsible for optimising the time of the Executives, providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
Your Duties
Representing the hospital to multiple stakeholders including patients, doctors, employees, managers and human resources.
Ensuring governance requirements and complaint management are addressed within agreed timelines.
Preparing agendas and accurately maintaining meeting minutes.
Preparing and sending communications to employees, managers and doctors on behalf of the Executive team.
Coordinating employee engagement initiatives and functions.
Coordinating doctor credentialing processes to grant medical privileges.
Providing general administrative support to the executive team.
Responding to enquiries presented at executive reception.
Assisting hospital managers with administrative tasks.
Providing confidential and efficient secretarial services in relation to the flow of information.
Maintaining staff records and files.
Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role you will be an enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service, able to converse and show initiative, and able to multitask.
Experience
Previous experience as an administration assistant (essential)
Computer literacy including the Microsoft Office suite of programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working within a multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical staff
Exceptional attention to detail
High level of confidentiality
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
Effective time and task management skills
Flexibility and quick adaptability
Experience with Meditech, SAP and Mercury (desirable)

Requirements
Provide or complete a National Police Check (conducted within the last 12 months)
Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
