About The Role
This Administration Officer position is responsible for the onboarding of agency nurses and nurse relievers, including the coordination and booking of travel arrangements for agency nurses. The role requires the delivery of a high standard of customer service within a high-volume professional team environment, while managing competing priorities and strict deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
The position involves effective communication and liaison with a range of internal and external stakeholders, often with competing requirements and priorities. Demonstrated experience in a recruitment and onboarding capacity is required, along with sound computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Stafflink.
The successful applicant will demonstrate strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and to perform effectively under pressure to meet competing deadlines.
