What will you do?
Deliver exceptional customer service to several parties to the mortgage settlement process. The role involves coordinating and controlling the matters from start to finish. Our dedicated team of Solicitors will be there to mentor and support you every step of the way helping you develop your knowledge in the banking and property sectors.
Collaborating with a driven and passionate team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with financial institutions, conveyancers, solicitors and brokers to review and prepare accurate loan, mortgage and legal documents.
- Coordinating property settlements, including commercial, Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) and construction matters, across all Australian jurisdictions.
- Ensuring Purcell Partners provide a high quality of service to all the firms’ clients.
About you
We are seeking individuals with experience in mortgage settlements.
However, if you don't have this experience, we still want to hear from you. Whether you know what a paper settlement is or not, we’re here to teach you. We’re looking for customer-focused individuals with a positive, solution-centric attitude. Enthusiasm, a proactive mindset, and a passion for learning are what we value most.
