Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our ANZ Talent Team. This role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from brief to hire.
* Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
* Write compelling job adverts to attract top talent
* Utilise LinkedIn and other tools to source and manage a pipeline of candidates and track/report performance
* Manage all communication with candidates from application/approach until offer acceptance
* Update applicant tracking system to ensure accurate reporting and hiring manager collaboration
* Knowledge of all recruitment-related regulations and compliance
* Build a talent pipeline to cover short- and long-term workforce capability for the business

Qualifications:
* Professionally qualified in a relevant field
* Minimum 4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally with experience in the construction market recruiting project managers, cost managers or project controls specialists
* Passion for recruiting and finding top talents in a challenging environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
