Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Officer will be responsible for issuing invoices and statements to debtors, maintaining accurate debtor accounts, and distributing reports as needed. This role will also assist in the debt recovery collection process and provide coaching to staff on debt management best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Issue Accounts Receivable invoices and statements for debtors' accounts
* Maintain accurate debtor accounts to ensure data integrity
* Distribute invoices, debtor statements, and reports internally as required
* Assist in the debt recovery collection process to facilitate timely payment
* Provide coaching to staff on debt management best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate III in Office/Business Administration or substantial equivalent experience in finance/accounts receivable functions
* Class C Drivers Licence
* Proof of Australian residency or citizenship
