**About the Company**

A prominent manufacturer and supplier catering to the construction and landscape sector, offers an extensive selection of Australian-made products such as crucible, flowerpots and street furniture. These items are skillfully crafted to seamlessly integrate with both landscape and architecture, demonstrating a perfect amalgamation of the two.

**About the Role**

As a Sales Administrator / Estimator, you will play a crucial part in the company’s customer service operations by being the initial point of contact for numerous clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure that customers receive a positive experience and their requirements are met promptly and effectively. This will involve handling customer queries, administering orders and furnishing precise and timely pricing quotations.

**Responsibilities**
- Ability to utilise pricing systems efficiently whilst being willing to proactively resolve any ad hoc/quoted pricing needs.
- In case of bespoke product inquiries, collaborate with appropriate personnel from the office and factory to discuss design, production and cost-related aspects as needed.
- Ensure precise processing of all sales orders and communicate with the Factory Manager to determine lead times and production factors.
- Provide detailed CAD drawings to accompany quotes as required
- Utilise the company’s freight calculator to determine suitable freight options and associated costs and coordinate with the Dispatch Administrator in case of any freight-related matters.
- Efficiently handle the sales pipeline by maintaining consistent and scheduled communication throughout the entire sales cycle.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, sales estimator, or sales administration positions is necessary.
- Experience in CAD drawing would be advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
- Computer literate and some exposure to an ERP system
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, values driven and target focused coupled with excellent communication skills, solid attention to detail and a quality focus
