Job Overview
We are recruiting for a Global Case Management Manager (Employee Relations) on an 8-month fixed-term contract starting in July 2025 until February 2026. Reporting to the Global Head of Employee Relations within the People Team, this position offers the opportunity to work across multiple global business units.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure consistent case management support across jurisdictions by setting strategic direction, developing templates, processes, and practices.
2. Collaborate with ER Team Leaders for training, development, and capacity monitoring.
3. Support the ER change team in implementing business changes.
Demand Management
* Coordinate with Business Partners and Service Heads to understand project needs.
* Manage daily case requirements with ER Team Leaders.
* Allocate resources for local and global projects.
Global Case Management & Training
* Develop a uniform global approach to case management.
* Create templates and guides to improve processes.
* Lead training and coaching initiatives for the team.
Audits, Governance & Customer Service
* Conduct audits to ensure standards compliance.
* Provide feedback and coaching.
* Support customer service sessions and identify improvements.
Global Strategy & Optimization
* Assist in developing a global ER strategy.
* Promote consistent case management and process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in ER case management, ideally in a global setting or HR. Strong project planning, resource management, and understanding of employment laws are essential. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills are required. Flexibility to collaborate across time zones is important.
