We are seeking a passionate and experienced Workplace Trainer and Assessor to join our team.

As a key member of our team, you will deliver meaningful, engaging training that builds vocational skills, boosts confidence, and helps people live the lives they choose.
You will also collaborate with external RTOs to support specialist training and traineeships, helping our teams reach their full potential.
This role involves regular travel across Northern NSW and South East Queensland regions.
About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a Cert IV TAE40116 (Trainer & Assessor) or suitable equivalent qualification.
* Cert IV TAE40116 (Trainer & Assessor) or suitable equivalent qualification
* 5+ years' experience in learning design/delivery
* Experience (or willingness to learn) working alongside people with disability
* A current driver's licence and flexibility to travel
* Ideally experienced and capable of delivering accredited training in:
* First Aid & CPR
* Construction Industry White Card
* Food Safety
* Chem Smart / Weed Control
* Chainsaw
