About the eCommerce Coordinator Role
The role plays a key part in managing and optimising our online store to ensure a seamless and engaging shopping experience for customers.
* Coordinating online trading, promotions, and product updates to enhance the customer journey
* Supporting the rollout of branded, category, and landing pages across the website
* Ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and style guides
* Driving best practices in user experience (UX) and website functionality
* Collaborating with the front-end development team to implement HTML and CSS best practices
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience with eCommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud & SAP highly regarded)
* Technical skills in HTML & CSS
* Strong attention to detail and ability to execute within brand guidelines
* A team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment
* Excellent time management – comfortable managing multiple priorities
