*Experience*
* 2 to 3 years in a similar role where either, full responsibility for maintaining companywide asset records was held
* Administrative background as well as demonstrated leadership and task ownership experience.
*Key Activities:
Health, Safety, Environment & Quality*
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant procedures and regulations.
* Flagging areas of non-compliance in accordance with Company procedures as required.
* Reporting non-compliance issues to the relevant managers.
* Participate in safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
* Enforce lockout/tagout and permit-to-work procedures.
Personnel
* Ensure the development and progression of direct reports.
* In conjunction with HR ensure effective recruitment processes to identify new talent and grow the team.
Reporting &Communication
* Prepare (and where required present) monthly reports plans.
* Ensuring that maintenance work packs are completed to high standard.
* Liaison with key stakeholders.
* Ensure regular and productive communication with HSE, Operations, Finance, Line Managers and HR.
* Report on equipment performance, downtime, and maintenance KPIs.
* Communicate with operations teams to plan equipment availability and minimize disruption.
* Provide maintenance updates during toolbox talks and team meetings.
Procurement, Administration & Logistics
Provide leadership and guidance to Administration and Procurement resources to ensure that:
* Purchasing is in line with company procedures.
* Stock levels are set to balance response of operation at the same time as reducing capital outlay.
* Logistics bookings are in line with company requirements and costs are reduced where possible.
Assets & Equipment
Provide Leadership And Guidance To Ensure That:
* All data is entered and maintained in CR database (Syncman)
* All certifications and approvals are uploaded into the system
* Ensure all service records and maintenance history for all vehicles, plant and equipment is updated
* Add new, update existing and maintain records for all CR plant and equipment
* Liaise with technicians, contractors, and OEM representatives to resolve complex mechanical or hydraulic issues
Inventory Management
Provide Leadership And Guidance To Ensure That:
* All items in the facility are stored in dedicated or allocated locations
* Items held in stock are ready and fit for service with the exception of 3rd party inspections which may lapse until called for a project
* Any item that leaves the facility is documented and labelled correctly
* Equipment & Materials received into the facility are recorded, communicated and processed appropriately
Financial
* Correct allocation of costs to assist operations in maximising recoveries.
* Source parts cost effectively
Regulatory & Commercial
* Assets comply to all local regulatory standards
