We are working alongside one of our clients, an Australian manufacturer on a mission to change construction for good. They've built one of Australia's only fully certified prefabricated waterproofing systems, cutting wet area build times from 6 days to 1, eliminating liquid membranes, and giving builders the certainty they need. They're scaling nationally and building a team that holds itself to a high standard. We are looking for a Sales Account Coordinator who will own a portfolio of reseller and builder accounts, not just maintain them, but actively grow them. You'll be the face of the business to your clients: responsive, commercially sharp, and deeply reliable. If you're hungry to perform in a structured, high-accountability environment where your contribution genuinely moves the number, we'd love to hear from you. What you will be responsible for: Account Management & Relationships: Manage a portfolio of reseller and project accounts as the primary point of contact, owning the relationship end-to-end. Represent the business in a way that builds trust, demonstrates expertise, and reinforces its position as category leader. Identify and act on opportunities to grow conversion rates, deepen client relationships, and expand wallet share. Quoting & Estimating: Review building plans and project documentation to identify product requirements and prepare accurate take-offs. Prepare, issue, and follow up quotes with speed and precision, turnaround within 24 hours of receiving all required information. Work closely with Design & Estimating to deliver customised solutions with accurate and timely handovers. Pipeline & Reporting : Maintain a clean, disciplined sales pipeline in Monday.com, every opportunity tracked, every follow-up logged. Collaborate with the broader sales team with full transparency, no silos, no duplicated effort. Contribute ideas that improve how the sales function works and back those ideas with action. Requirements 5 years in an Account Manager, Internal Sales, or Sales Support role, ideally within building products, construction, or trade supply. Ability to read and interpret building plans and complete basic take-offs. Proven track record managing multiple accounts simultaneously without losing quality or responsiveness. Key Skills: Strong commercial instincts, you understand margin, conversion, and the difference between activity and results. Clear communicator, written and verbal, comfortable across all levels from site supervisors to procurement managers. A relationship-first mindset with the resilience to handle setbacks and keep showing up for clients. At ease in a small, fast-moving business where your input shapes how things work. Nice to Have: Experience with Monday.com or similar CRM platforms. Background in modular construction, multi-residential, or reseller trade channels. Benefits Full-time permanent role based in South-East Melbourne. A high-accountability environment where your performance is visible and rewarded. Be part of a nationally scaling business at an exciting stage of growth. A genuinely values-driven team, no politics, no passengers.
