About The Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll deliver high-quality health care to inmates under the direction and supervision of Registered Nurses, always within your scope of practice.
Based At Clarence Correctional Centre, You’ll Work Across 3 Modern Health Centres, Delivering Patient-centred Care To Approximately 1,700 Inmates From Diverse Backgrounds. You’ll Be Part Of a Multidisciplinary Team That
- Promotes rehabilitation and reintegration of inmates
- Ensures safety and wellbeing of patients
- Delivers integrated, evidence-based health care in a secure environment
What you’ll bring
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2)
- 2+ years post-graduate experience (full-time or equivalent)
- Background in primary health, rural health or emergency nursing (desirable)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
