Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Events Coordinator to join our team. As an Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering events program objectives across APAC.
* Deliver events program objectives across APAC for hosted events, webinars and workshops, as well as presence at third party events.
The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning, preferably in the B2B space. They will be enthusiastic about supporting the team with multiple events and not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supporting the APAC team on executing the events program
* Liaising with external suppliers
* Organizing crew travel and accommodation
* Managing pre and post event marketing activities
