Receptionist/Legal Administrative Clerk Position

In a boutique legal practice in Bacchus Marsh, helping make a difference in people's lives, servicing Family Law, Property Law, Conveyancing, Civil Litigation, Wills and Deceased Estate matters. Casual position of 3 days per week being each Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am to 5 pm. Start preferred immediately or as per notice period needed.

Ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

* Great communication skills, both verbal and written;
* Ability to follow established office administration / procedures;
* Works well in small team and on their own with allocated tasks;
* High level of Computer skills necessary in particular ability to manoeuvre with ease in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook - mails/calendar/tasks, and Excel), Leap Legal Software and Ricoh Printer;
* Must have at least 1 year Experience as Receptionist/ Legal Administrative Clerk - Level 1 or 2 Legal Services Award
* Training to enhance your Legal Administrative Clerk skills will be provided (as needed)
* Australian work rights are required for this position
