An excellent, exclusive opportunity has become available for an Investment Reporting Analyst to join a highly private, well-resourced single family office supporting a diversified portfolio across multiple asset classes. This role will suit a detail-oriented investment operations professional who enjoys owning data quality, improving reporting frameworks, and partnering closely with senior stakeholders.
The Role
You will be the key custodian of investment data integrity and reporting accuracy, ensuring timely, complete, and reliable information flows into portfolio reporting, performance analysis, and governance processes. Working closely with the Investment and broader finance team, you will take end-to-end ownership of reporting workflows, reconciliations, and system maintenance.
This is a hands‐on role with strong scope to shape and improve reporting processes, particularly during an initial build‐out phase where legacy data and reporting frameworks are being refined. Over time, you will become the internal subject matter expert for the investment reporting platform and a key driver of continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities

* Reconcile investment records against external managers, custodians, and accounting ledgers.
* Maintain an accurate and current investment register across all holdings.
* Produce monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc performance and investment reporting.
* Enhance reporting outputs to provide clearer insights for internal stakeholders.
* Manage relationships with external service providers and platform support partners.
* Support process design, documentation, and ongoing operational improvement.
What you'll bring
* 2–3 years' experience in investment reporting or a closely related role.
* Strong understanding of investment data flows, data validation, and reconciliation.
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with an investment reporting platform would be ideal.
* A degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field such as engineering.
* Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a high degree of confidentiality.
