While the role is based in Perth, we’re also actively considering strong candidates in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane as well. Your reach won’t be limited — you’ll have the opportunity to identify and win new business nationally.About the RoleThis is a hands-on, results-driven sales role. Your mission? To bring in new business. You’ll be laser-focused on identifying high-potential sites (offices, hospitals, warehouses, sporting venues – you name it), pitching our vending and micro market solutions, and getting deals signed.You’ll work closely with our management team to shape sales strategy and report directly to our Directors.The good news? We’ve got an outstanding product – especially our micro markets – that’s a clear value-add for the right clients. It’s not a hard sell. The product speaks for itself when it’s in front of the right decision-makers — your job is to get it there.New opportunities can come from multiple sources, and you’ll be expected to work across all of them:Inbound leads from our websites and marketingCold calls and outreach to targeted businessesReferrals from happy clients and industry contactsLeveraging existing clients and partners to uncover fresh opportunitiesWhat You'll Be DoingProspecting and generating new leads across AustraliaPitching vending and micro market solutions to B2B clientsManaging the full sales cycle – from outreach and proposal to negotiation and onboardingMaintaining a strong pipeline and hitting monthly growth targetsBuilding long-term client relationships and identifying expansion opportunitiesCollaborating with operations and marketing to ensure smooth implementation and strong performance for new clientsAbout YouYou’re a natural hustler who loves closing dealsYou’ve got 2–4 years experience in B2B sales, business development or account managementYou can run outbound sales and are not afraid to pick up the phone or walk in the doorYou’re confident presenting in person, on video, or over emailYou’re highly organised, self-driven, and KPI focusedYou’re comfortable in a fast-moving, unstructured environment (we’re not a corporate)You have a current driver's licence – site visits are part of the gameExperience in FMCG, food & beverage, facilities or hospitality sales is a plus – but not a must.
