As Store Manager, you'll lead with passion and purpose - guiding your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and outstanding results. You'll set the standard for excellence, foster a positive store culture, and coach your team to achieve success through strong sales performance, operational efficiency, and inspiring leadership.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Driving sales performance and delivering margin targets
* Leading by example in customer service excellence
* Managing stock levels, inventory movement, and loss prevention
* Coaching and mentoring your team for growth and success
* Ensuring compliance with WHS standards and promoting a safe workplace
* Building strong customer relationships across retail and trade

* Proven experience as a Store Manager (retail, trade, or similar)
