We are seeking a seasoned Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day functioning of our logistics hub.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate and mentor warehouse staff and supervisors to achieve optimal performance and productivity.
* Foster a positive, high-performing and safe work culture that encourages collaboration and open communication.
Operational Oversight:
* Supervise and actively participate in daily operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods in a timely and efficient manner.
* Maintain accurate stock levels and records through regular stocktakes and reconciliation of incoming/outgoing goods.
Hands-On Task Execution:
* Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and effectively.
* Load/unload containers and assist with physical warehouse tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualities:
* Leadership: Ability to inspire and manage a team with strong leadership skills.
* Warehouse Experience: Proven background in warehouse operations and equipment use.
