Our client is the heavy vehicle distributor of construction equipment, and suppluer of spare parts for the construction national dealer network.
The newly created role of Parts Interpreter /Dealer Support will assist providing customers service to the national dealer network in a timely professional manner.
This is a permanent full time position based in Truganina.
**Responsiblities**:
- Invoicing direct ship orders to the dealer network
- Assist dealer with parts queries including
- Estimated arrival times of parts orders
- Proof of delivery of parts
- Availablity of parts beyond what is visible on the screen
- Contact both internal and external stakeholders to assit with technical enquiries
- Assist warehouse with administrative duties
- Follow up back orders and invoice dealers
- Confirm availability of parts in the warehouse
- Send parts information to dealer as required
- Photos of parts for identification purposes
- Reportig to the National Parts Manager
- Handle any ad-hoc duties required by the manager
**Requirements**:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly & possess a good phone manner
- Current VIC Driver's license
- Computer literate
- Organised, neat and tidy
- Work in the office
- Able to commute to the office
- Owns a car for commuting
- Attention to detail
- Full working rights in Australia with no restriction
