We are looking for a driven and passionate** Key Account Manager** to join our friendly team based in either the Gold Coast or Sydney.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, this position is responsible for managing key accounts on behalf of the Accor Apartments and Realty portfolio, and acts as an animator on allocated accounts from the Accor Pacific Sales team for the A&R business unit. The scope of the role is to deliver revenue targets as agreed and drive above fair market share from accounts under management.

**Getting to know the role and your responsibilities**
- Through a dedicated account management plan for each account, identify and secure new business opportunities to optimize topline performance across Accor Apartments & Leases
- Assist the Director(s) of Sale in conducting property site inspections with allocated clients to assist in conversion and/or business development opportunities
- Actively promote and activate Loyalty initiatives across all account portfolios
- Maintain and drive market share for Accor Apartments & Leases
- Actively seek feedback from hotels and accounts and identify opportunities for improvement to generate additional revenue opportunities
- Undertake account animation activity as required to support the Accor Pacific sales team in activation of accounts
- Identification of new business opportunities from existing and selected new accounts under management
- Ensure that all activity undertaken with each account is logged in ANAIS (Sales CRM Platform) for tracking purposes
- Work with hotel teams to ensure account production is logged correctly for reporting purposes against targets
- Participate in the pricing, commission and rate strategy discussion for accounts under management and make recommendations based on market knowledge
- Through superior sales skills and knowledge, influence and persuade the client to use Accor properties in order to grow market share.

**What we need from you**
- Degree qualified in Business or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience within a similar role within the Hospitality/Tourism industry
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Outlook & Excel
- Presentation skills in order to present to clients the benefits of Accor
- Evidenced ability to convert business and maximize sales performance
- Strong negotiation skills within the Hospitality/Tourism Industry
