Demolition Supervisor Position
We are seeking a seasoned Demolition Supervisor to lead our demolition projects in the Bowen Basin Region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring occupational health and safety procedures are followed
* Assisting in project planning and programming
* Management of site teams
* Preparation of project reports
* Timely resolution of site issues
* Liaising with key clients and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5 to 15+ years' experience in a similar role
* Proven ability to effectively lead and delegate tasks
* Effective problem-solving abilities
* Conflict resolution and client expectation management
* High level of organization and time management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Demolition and deconstruction services
* Bulk earthworks and excavation services
* Piling and foundation work
