You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop strategic initiatives, manage the origination of complex projects, and ensure alignment with the program objectives and the University's goals.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop robust business cases, ensuring they align with UQ’s strategic objectives and adhere to financial and governance requirements.Conduct feasibility studies and oversee initial project budget preparation.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges, support data-driven solutions, and offer guidance on program delivery.Coordinate review and approval of business case elements via executive governance forums, including incorporating feedback and providing administrative support to committees.Assist with overseeing project scope changes, ensuring they align with approved business cases, the UQ Gated Capex process, and long-term institutional goals.Manage risks and benefits, coordinate reporting, and facilitate the timely handover to project delivery.About UQAs part of the UQ community, you will work alongside bright minds from around the world.
