About the Role:

* You will support project planning, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and reporting, ensuring smooth coordination across a diverse range of initiatives.
* You will work closely with senior leaders and gain exposure to high-level decision-making processes that influence healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to the Associate Director and Project Manager to co-ordinate the planning and execution of all projects, within established timelines.
* Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes.
* Support the Project Team to plan and co-ordinate stakeholder engagement sessions gathering critical feedback.
* Prioritise timely delivery of the unit's operational processes and initiatives.
* Undertake research and analysis, identifying trends and preparing project briefs, to support informed decision-making and planning.
Requirements:
* Motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with relevant tertiary qualifications and/or significant relevant experience.
* Demonstrate project management, planning and risk management skills.
* Strong skills in document control, creating and managing reports, presentations, and documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
