Pastry Leadership Role
We are seeking an accomplished and passionate Pastry Sous Chef to co-lead our pastry team in delivering exceptional desserts for both intimate fine dining and large-scale luxury banquets.
About the Job
This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and creativity. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in pastry kitchen operation and prior experience in a luxury 5-star hotel or high-end venue with large banquet operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Pastry Sous Chef in overseeing the daily operations of the pastry kitchen.
* Develop and lead plated dessert and banquet menu development, ensuring elegance and consistency in every service.
* Maintain rigorous food safety, allergen management, and hygiene standards.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Banquets and Culinary teams to deliver flawless guest experiences.
* Manage inventory, support cost control, and manage high production volumes.
