Job Title: Customer Service and Venue Operations Manager
This role requires an individual to support the Venue Manager in achieving operational targets. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, developing staff skills in service and sales, and ensuring compliance with relevant licenses.
Previous experience in a similar venue and role is essential for success in this position. Licenses in gaming, RSA, RSG, TAB are also required.
