My client is a leading no‐code/low‐code digital work platform that allows organizations to build custom applications, automate workflows, manage processes, and run projects—all without needing deep technical expertise.
Due to global growth they are now looking to put their first person on the ground in ANZ and are seeking a senior Client Director / Technology Sales Leader based in Sydney to drive enterprise growth across the ANZ region. This is a high‐impact role suited to a technology‐focused sales leader with a strong consulting‐led approach and deep experience engaging senior executives across large enterprises.
The ideal candidate brings a background from a Big 4 or top‐tier consulting firm, combined with proven success owning CXO- and CIO-level relationships, defining go‐to‐market strategies, and closing large‐scale transformation deals using low‐code platforms and modern automation technologies.
This role blends consultative, solution‐oriented sales, end‐to‐end GTM ownership, and executive stakeholder engagement—positioning my client as a trusted digital transformation partner for major enterprises across the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and grow strategic enterprise relationships across ANZ, acting as a trusted advisor to CXOs, CIOs, and senior business leaders
* Lead technology‐driven, consultative sales engagements focused on delivering measurable business outcomes
* Position the organisation's low‐code platform as a strategic enabler of operational efficiency, agility, and process transformation
Strategic Go‐to‐Market Leadership
* Define and execute the ANZ go‐to‐market strategy, including target account prioritisation, industry focus, value propositions, and partner alignment
* Build account strategies that drive both new business acquisition and long‐term expansion
Complex Enterprise Deal Leadership
* Drive large, multi‐stakeholder enterprise deals from discovery through closure
* Lead deal structuring, commercial negotiation, value articulation, and executive alignment
* Collaborate with solution consulting, product, and delivery teams to craft high‐value proposals and transformation roadmaps
Revenue Ownership
* Own and exceed multi‐million‐dollar enterprise revenue targets within the ANZ region
* Maintain strong in‐market knowledge and leverage existing enterprise relationships to accelerate growth
Required Experience & Qualifications
* 15+ years of overall experience, including significant tenure in a Big 4 or equivalent top‐tier management/technology consulting environment
* Strong background in technology‐driven, consulting‐led enterprise sales, client partnership, or digital transformation advisory
* Ability to bridge technology and business, confidently engaging CXOs/CIOs on architecture, platforms, operating models, and transformation strategy
* Proven success building and executing go‐to‐market strategies and driving enterprise growth within the ANZ market
* Hands‐on experience selling or implementing low‐code / no‐code platforms, BPM, RPA, workflow automation, or related digital transformation solutions (critical requirement)
* Demonstrated track record of closing complex, multi‐stakeholder enterprise deals
* Must be based in Sydney with strong existing relationships in the ANZ enterprise market
