About the role:
Based out of our factory in Southport, you will be set up with your own working space. You will be responsible for shaping and polishing, and are responsible for completing the job from start to finish. Take ownership and accountability for the work you produce, be proud of what you accomplish during your day.
Tile projects come pre-cut to size with cut-outs already completed, anything with square edge are pre-run through a line polisher prior to coming to you.
Our factory has state of the art machinery with a focus on being environmentally friendly, free of atmospheric emissions and we operate with a complete water recycling facility. All works are carried out wet to to minimise dust creation, with an emphasis on air quality. We are committed to our ongoing effort to grow and operate sustainably.
You will be required to full-fill the following tasks:
Flexible hours and generous salary. There is the opportunity for overtime and weekend work if desired.

About you:
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are self starters, open to learning and growing their portfolio, and who want to enjoy coming to work!
You will have a focus on quality work, with an eye for detail. We are looking for can-do attitudes, strong work ethic, and reliable team members.
Due to the nature of the work we require a minimum of 12 months experience in the industry.
