Job Title: Housing Response Coordinator
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a passionate team of Case Workers and Associate Case Workers in delivering high-quality service delivery that meets organisational standards, funding body requirements, and the needs of clients.
Job Description
* Lead a committed team of Case Workers and Associate Case Workers.
* Coordinated service delivery, workloads, and rosters.
* Oversee reporting, evaluation, and compliance.
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder and community partnerships.
* Represent the program as a trusted leader in housing and homelessness support.
Requirements
* A degree in Social Work, Human Services, or Behavioural Sciences; OR Certificate IV in Community Services (or equivalent) with at least 2 years' experience in case management.
* Demonstrated experience in leadership, program delivery, evaluation, and outcome measurement.
* Strong knowledge of housing support services, relevant legislation, and culturally safe practice.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
* A current open driver's licence, Blue Card, and NDIS Yellow Card (or ability to obtain).
* Experience in group facilitation.
* Background in community services or faith-based organisations.
* Ability to thrive in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
