You bring a touch of excitement by suggesting enticing upgrades; all while working seamlessly with our outstanding teams to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and alternating shifts between 7am - 7pm is required.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage reservations made via phone, email, and online platforms, providing guests with accurate information on room availability, rates, and special offersBe the first point of contact for our guests, addressing inquiries, answering questions, and assisting with reservation modifications and cancellationsAllocate rooms based on guest preferences, availability and business demands, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable staySafely and securely handle payment transactions, verifying billing details for accuracySuggest room upgrades, offer special amenities, and fulfil specific guest requests to elevate their stayMaintain meticulous reservation records to monitor room availability and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outsAssist in resolving guest complaints or issues related to reservations, billing, or room assignmentsThe role will involve answering guests and suppliers by email, phone and messageFlexibility to support Front Office with Check-in and Check-out as and when requiredSkills And ExperienceCustomer service-oriented with exceptional communication skillsPrevious experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferredProficiency in using reservation and property management systems is a plusProblem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressureTeam player with a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mileExperience with Opera, TARS and OTA's would be highly regardedExperience in a customer service role essentialStrong attention to detail is a mustAccor BenefitsALL Heartist Membership - Take advantage of discounts on accommodation and food & beverage worldwide!
