Administrative Specialist

The role of an Administrative Specialist is a vital part of any organization's success. This position oversees the day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of plant and assets
* Process accounts payable and accounts receivable responsibilities including purchase orders and invoice receipting
* Manage payroll timesheet data input
* Conduct end-of-month reconciliation
* Ensure heavy vehicle accreditation equipment maintenance records are current and compliant
* Coordinate work order management and plant check sheet management

About You:

For this role, we seek an individual with previous experience in an administration or fleet management position. A valid driver's licence is essential, as well as excellent communication skills and strong data entry abilities.
