Our client designs, assembles and sells boiling, chilled and sparkling premium filtered water systems, and is now seeking an experienced Service Technician, to perform installations, routine maintenance and repairs, either on client site, or in company workshop.
Responsibilities:
Change Filtersat customers premises
Routine preventative maintenance
Fault finding and repairs
Installation of units and taps at customers premises
Accurately input job notes into NextService system
Maintain company vehicle, IT equipment and tools in a tidy, clean and appropriate manner
Accurately manage inventory allocation
Liaise with planners to ensure timely and accurate job completion
Maintain high levels of customer service at all times
Complete all required inductions on an 'as needed basis' (as required by customers)
Education / Qualifications / Licences Required:
Motor Vehicle Licence (mandatory)
National Crime Check (mandatory)
Working with Children Check (mandatory)
Key selection criteria:
Demonstrated appliance fault finding skills
Strong communication skills
Able to work independently
Proficient in using IT equipment (laptop/phone) and Microsoft Office
Excellent time management and work planning skills
