About the Role
* Building relationships with business owners and other stakeholders to understand their business needs, providing tailored people capability solutions.
* Advising managers on a range of employment issues, e.g. performance management, misconduct, restructures, redundancies, absence and lateness, and employee conflict.
* Completing people growth and capability initiatives such as tailored training plans, career development frameworks, and detailed position descriptions.
* Coordinating onboarding processes in line with Inject's procedures, ensuring timely preparation of contracts, policy sign-offs, and completion of onboarding documentation.
* Administering employee feedback programs — surveys, exit interviews, and engagement check‐ins — and reporting results using Inject templates.
* Supporting the implementation of a HR technology platform (Employment Hero) for businesses.
About You
* You got into HR because you're fascinated by how people and performance connect. You're motivated to implement strong HR practices that shape culture, lift performance, and help businesses and their people succeed.
* While you already have meaningful HR experience, you still bring a strong growth mindset. You love learning and constantly look for ways to develop — whether through podcasts, videos, articles or anything that fuels your curiosity.
Selection Criteria
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation, including unfair dismissal and general protections and experience dealing with a range of employee matters, such as: under performance, misconduct, redundancies, investigations.
