Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support related to network performance and ThousandEyes products.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and update technical documentation and knowledge transfers.
* Work closely with Engineering teams to identify and resolve product-related issues.
* Escalate cases effectively and engage internal resources for timely resolution.
Requirements
* A customer-centric approach and excellent communication skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience.
* Strong understanding of ThousandEyes technologies and familiarity with automation, programmability, and/or virtualization.
