We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team based in our Port Hedland branch. This is a fast paced, varied administrator role that gives you exposure to multiple functions within the team. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - General administrative support - Accounts Payable - confirming PO's & processing all invoices for payment (Indirect & Direct)Front desk support - greeting customers and assisting with enquiries face to face and via email. - Payroll as well as onboarding of new recruits - In addition to standard branch duties, the role manages FIFO logistics (80% of employees such as: - Travel approvals requests, bookings, amendments of flights for FIFO - FIFO Housing & residential property cleaning, maintenance requests & leasing.
