Are you passionate about adventure and travel? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a commercially minded and highly organised Inside Sales Executive to join our Adventure World team in Bondi Junction!
As a key member of our Sales & Marketing team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our sales goals across Adventure World and our GSA brands; Lindblad Expeditions, Star Clippers, and Brendan Vacations. If you’re a natural communicator, love working across multiple projects, and have a knack for event coordination and building strong relationships, this could be the opportunity for you!
What you’ll do :
* Be the go-to support for our Sales team and travel trade partners
* Manage key communications with agents, partners and internal stakeholders
* Coordinate trade shows, expos, conferences, and exciting industry events
* Oversee prize promotions, famil trips and sales initiatives
* Support with presentations, training webinars and sales collateral
* Keep our brochures, flyers and sales materials organised and in stock
* Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and other internal systems
* Work closely with Marketing to align sales activity with campaigns and product launches
* Assist with travel bookings, invoice processing, and calendar planning
What you’ll bring :
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing or project management (travel industry is preferred)
* Strong project and event coordination skills
* Experience using Salesforce, webinar platforms, Monday.com or similar tools
* A detail-oriented mindset and an ability to juggle multiple priorities
* A team player attitude with strong communication skills and a proactive approach
* Confidence working independently and liaising across departments and with partners
