We are a leading provider in the Superannuation sector, committed to delivering superior retirement outcomes for our customers. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience (Ideal but not essential)
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the Superannuation sector.
* Proven experience in managing Superannuation projects including product changes, digital transitions, SFTs, Mergers, legislative changes, operational processes, and investments.
* Exceptional knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
* PMP, Prince 2 or relevant certification will be an advantage.
* High-level communication skills.
* Adept in waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologies
From candidates with demonstrated experience in any of these areas:
* Data Migration, Mergers, Acquisition, Transitions and SFT
* Sonata, Acruity and member Registry Platforms
* Compliance & Regulatory (e.g., APRA & ASIC)
* Risk, Fraud & Dependency Management
* Implementation
* Delivery Lead
* Delivery of large scale transformation projects and transitions
* Change Management
* Finance/ End of Financial Year Process
* Member Operations
* SmartCOMM - CCM
Experience in the superannuation industry is a must.
