ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Rehabilitation Consultant Contractor, you'll deliver high‑quality, timely occupational rehabilitation services across a diverse client portfolio.
You will:
• Manage a varied caseload with autonomy
• Deliver superior workplace rehabilitation services
• Coordinate case management, assessments and RTW planning
• Liaise confidently with insurers, employers, treatment providers and medical practitioners
• Ensure quality documentation and timely reporting
• Represent Work Rehab with professionalism, warmth and care

ABOUT YOU:
You are a motivated, people‑focused allied health professional who communicates with clarity, shows genuine empathy and values high‑quality, meaningful work. You enjoy the variety and freedom that contractor work provides.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology
• Current AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC registration/membership
• Minimum 1–2 years of occupational/vocational rehabilitation experience (mandatory)
• Experience with DVA, Life Insurance and/or WCQ preferred
• Your own PI & public liability insurance
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Ability to confidently engage with workers, employers, insurers and medical practitioners
