Now, we're hiring a Senior Mortgage Broker to step into a salaried Lead Broker role within one of the highest-performing teams in the country - working directly under a partner ranked in the top 0.01% of brokers nationally.
The Opportunity
This is not a commission-only grind.
This is not a volume-based churn role.
This is a strategic, high-performance position inside an elite environment.
Base Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience)
Plus structured performance incentives
You will operate as a Lead Broker, focusing on complex, high-value lending scenarios across:
* Complex self-employed and multi-entity structures
* Business and commercial lending
* Residential and investment strategies
* Portfolio and long-term wealth structuring
You will be backed by a full in-house team of:
* Credit strategists
* Dedicated loan processors
* Backend operations and settlement support
* Associate brokers
You focus on strategy and client outcomes.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
Complex Lending Strategy
* Structuring advanced residential, commercial and business lending solutions
* Working through company, trust and self-employed income structures
* Scenario modelling and credit positioning
* Collaborating with in-house credit specialists to optimise outcomes
Leading Premium Client Relationships
* Running high-level strategy conversations from discovery to settlement
* Presenting sophisticated lending structures with clarity and confidence
* Supporting and co-managing HNW and business owner portfolios
* Building long-term advisory relationships
You'll gain daily exposure to advanced structuring that most brokers never see.
