A Management Consultant is needed to join the team at Pattens Group Pty Ltd. In this role, the successful candidate will enhance the efficiency and performance of both internal operations and client businesses. This position involves working directly with clients to understand their needs, developing strategies, and implementing solutions that drive success.
Position Responsibilities and Tasks:
•Conduct comprehensive reviews of client business operations, identifying potential gaps in resource allocation or compliance with grant guidelines.
•Analyse existing client processes and systems to determine areas where operational efficiency could be improved to meet grant criteria.
•Prepare actionable plans detailing each step in the grant application process, from initial data gathering to submission.
•Assist clients in executing approved plans and ensure adherence to revised practices through follow-up sessions.
•Manage each client engagement from initial consultation through to grant submission and post-approval reporting.
•Conduct needs assessments to develop a full understanding of each client's business context, enabling the provision of tailored solutions.
•Utilised project management methodologies to streamline grant application processes, optimising outcomes for each client.
Qualifications and Skills:
•Relevant Qualification
•At least 3 years of experience in consulting, business management, or a related field
•Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex data and develop actionable strategies.
•Proven track record of developing and implementing solutions that drive business improvements.
•Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
•Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities.
•Proactive and adaptable, with a passion for continuous learning and business improvement.
•Experience in business development and client relationship management is an advantage.
Salary:
The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $95,000 - $120,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
