The Project
This is a complex, large scale, infrastructure programme in Sydney that will benefit the people and bring a positive impact to the community. Working with an amazing client and talented Mace team, this project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.
You'll Be Responsible For
* Define and deliver digital strategies and solutions across client programmes, acting as a recognised discipline specialist.
* Lead and oversee multiple digital projects at varying stages, ensuring high‐quality and consistent delivery.
* Build and develop high‐performing digital teams, including Mace consultants, suppliers and technical specialists.
* Oversee budgets, procurement and cost management for all digital components.
* Manage senior teams, driving performance, capability development and continuous improvement.
* Influence strategic direction, shaping priorities and execution plans for the digital function.
You'll Need To Have
* Provide technical leadership for digital integration, data systems and architecture management.
* Deliver major‐programme digital integration within complex client ecosystems, ideally in aviation.
* Bring strong IT/digital delivery, stakeholder management and problem‐solving capability across full project lifecycles.
* Hold relevant digital/IT qualifications with proven leadership, communication and international delivery experience.
