About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team in a key administrative role.

The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be highly organised with the ability to multi-task.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support in a fast-paced environment
* Serve as a first point of contact for clients and colleagues alike
* Manage diaries and schedules to ensure seamless coordination of meetings and events
* Process and manage client onboarding, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and accurate

Requirements:

* Previous administrative experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Highly organised with the ability to multi-task
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
