Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club is recognised as one of Australia's most prestigious golf and lifestyle destinations, featuring two championship courses and world-class facilities. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscaper to take ownership of the presentation and maintenance of the landscaped grounds surrounding our two premium clubhouses.
The Role
This is a dedicated and hands-on position focused exclusively on the clubhouse precincts. You will be responsible for ensuring all gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas are maintained to the highest standards, creating an exceptional first impression for members and guests. Working independently, you will take pride in delivering consistent, high-quality results in a high-profile environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and enhance all landscaped areas surrounding both clubhouses
* Undertake mowing, edging, pruning, planting, mulching, and turf care
* Design and implement seasonal planting and floral displays
* Monitor and maintain irrigation systems
* Apply effective pest, weed, and disease control measures
* Ensure grounds are always presented to premium standards
* Liaise with the Course Superintendent to coordinate works as required
About You
* Proven experience in landscaping or horticulture, ideally in a high-end or resort environment
* Certificate III in Horticulture (or equivalent) preferred but not essential
* Strong plant knowledge and practical garden maintenance skills
* High attention to detail and a passion for presentation
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to excellence
