Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Principal Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team in the ANZ region. This is a crucial, high-impact role where you will be the technical anchor for the sales team, responsible for owning the pre-sales process from start to finish. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and exceptional communication skills to simplify complex solutions, articulate business value, and build trust with prospective clients.
Responsibilities Technical Sales & Solutioning: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for prospective clients, understanding their business challenges and technical requirements in detail.
POC & RFP Management: Own and lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle, including managing and executing Proof of Concepts (POCs) and responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and RFIs with precision and clarity.
Technical Presentations & Demonstrations: Craft and deliver compelling, customized technical presentations and product demonstrations that effectively showcase the value of the MoEngage platform and its capabilities.
Business & Value Engineering: Translate complex technical features into tangible business value propositions, using a value-based selling approach to help customers understand the return on their investment.
